Legal Asistant Ms. Ketty Rodriguez is originally from Ecuador, who arrived in
the United States over 18 years ago as an immigrant and has gone through the
same immigration process that many of our clients face. She studied Political
Science in Guayaquil, Ecuador and worked for the Ecuadorian government. She has
been in the legal field for several years. Her primary work areas have included
Immigration, Family Law, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation Claims, and
Social Security. She is pursuing a B.S. in Legal Studies Paralegal Degree in
South West Florida. Ms. Rodriguez joined our office in 2010 and understands what
you are experiencing. We are dedicated to helping individuals and small
businesses resolve their immigration concerns. We have extensive experience in
guiding clients through the immigration process to obtain visas or green cards

Attorney Ricardo Skerrett has been an immigration practitioner in the Southwest
Florida area since 2001. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association. He is a founding member and former Secretary of the Collier County
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Writes a regular column on immigration for
Expresión Latina. He used to write immigration articles for Gazeta Tropical an
hispanic weekly newspaper for the “Ft. Myers News-Press”, a Gannet newspaper.
Mr. Skerrett is also a regular guest on Accion Hispana which airs on Univision
and appears as a consultant on local TV news and radio news programs.
